Comfy bed, reasonably spacious bathroom and a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room. Garden view, fairly friendly and affable staff. Excellent and good location, near the bus stop.

The food was excellent - lots of options. The hotel had a perfect and excellent position, near the Botanical Gardens.
There was something as breakfast missing, we were a little disappointed.

All of the staff was amiable and excellent and attentive to guests. We stayed at the compact room with double bed and warm heater.
Well, Wi-Fi was very spotty.

A wide array of excellent options for meal. Helpful staff of the hotel. Location: comfortable and ideal, not far from town centre, the Cambridge train station and shops, restaurants and local commerce. Also, on a bus stop to central Cambridge.
Beds were a little lumpy.

the location was great - only a short walk to the city centre and close to plenty of shops and restaurants. the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was really friendly and accommodating. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which had plenty of options and was of good value. it was a really enjoyable and convenient stay.
The decor in the main hotel areas was a bit dated and could have been fresher.

Convenient location near a retail park and train station, offering great value for money. Comfortable and practical room with clean furnishings. Easy access and good security system.
The key policy was not up to standard, as guests were required to return keys at reception, which was often unattended. This posed a security risk, as other guests could easily have taken the key and entered the room.
